Please read these terms carefully before using GCSE Coach. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should also read and agree to these terms.
GCSE Coach is an AI-powered revision tool operated by Haiven Technologies Ltd. The service provides subject-specific AI tutors that assess your exam answers against GCSE mark schemes and give you structured feedback to improve your performance.
GCSE Coach is not:
Students aged 13 and over may create an account and use GCSE Coach with their own consent.
Students under 13 must have a parent or legal guardian create the account and provide verifiable parental consent before use.
By creating an account, you confirm you are 13 or over, or that you are a parent/guardian creating an account on behalf of a child under 13.

Founding Member — £39.99 one-time payment
Lifetime access to all current and future subjects at this rate. Available to first 100 sign-ups only. Price locked permanently.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment: Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card. We never see or store your card details.
Recurring billing: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. You will be notified before renewal if the price changes.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@gcsecoach.co.uk. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time.
14-day right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund, provided you have not used the AI coaching feature. Once you have submitted your first AI-marked answer, you have consumed part of the service and the 14-day refund may be pro-rated at our discretion.
Founding Member: The one-time payment is non-refundable after 14 days, or after your first AI-marked answer, whichever is earlier.
When using GCSE Coach, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Refunds will not be issued for terminated accounts.
Your answers: The exam answers you type belong to you. We do not claim any rights over your written work.
AI feedback: The feedback generated by GCSE Coach in response to your answers is provided for your personal revision use only. It may not be reproduced, sold, or published without our permission.
GCSE Coach content: The app, question bank, tutor personas, and all other content are our intellectual property. You may not copy or reproduce them.
Exam board materials: GCSE Coach is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam board. GCSE and mark scheme structures are based on publicly available curriculum guidance. All exam board trademarks belong to their respective owners.
GCSE Coach provides AI-generated feedback intended to support revision. The AI feedback is not official exam board marking and may contain errors. We do not guarantee that following the AI feedback will achieve any particular exam grade.
If you believe feedback is significantly inaccurate, please report it to hello@gcsecoach.co.uk.
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service. Data is stored securely and never shared with advertisers or sold to third parties.
We may update, improve, or remove features of GCSE Coach at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect paid subscribers.
Founding Members: Your lifetime access applies to all subjects and features available in GCSE Coach. If the service is discontinued entirely, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and a pro-rata refund for any remaining period.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the app. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
